“Il Mondo di Mariantonia” presents its collection of Artisan Pasta from Gragnano, in six formats, hand made by the great masters of pasta makers in the heart of the Naples region in Gragnano. Thanks to their unique characteristics and peculiar methods of handicraft production, the pasta keeps the high nutritional value of the wheat.

Every pasta is produced using valuable and selected durum wheat semolina, exclusively Italian: the wise choice of raw materials and the careful production process allows us to offer a natural and healthy product with a balanced taste and great digestibility.

The genuine quality of the wheat combined with the use of pure water, bronze processing (which gives compactness and roughness) and slow drying at low temperature, makes this pasta a fantastic food of exceptional nutritional value with extraordinary flavor, palatability, porosity and texture.
